It is hard to concentrate sitting at my computer listening to the sounds of birds chirping and children laughing in the pool outside my window. The temperature is about 85 with a gentle breeze and no clouds.

I have to finish my work before I head over to the One and only Palmilla hotel to have lunch with the rich and famous.

Last night I took my doggie to my favorite garden restaurant. Yes my doggie came with me this time. In spite of the carrier I bought making claims that it was airline approved, it would not fit under the seat so Kiwi had to ride underneath. He seems to be ok with it and is learning Spanish.

I have accomplished a lot this time. I now have phone, internet and a computer set up. So I can work from anywhere. Don't you just love modern technology?

I have great property managers. It has been easier to manage this place in a foreign country than some of the properties I have owned a few hours outside of L.A.
